Returns + Exchanges
Returns
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return item(s) for a store credit. 
- Contact us at info@thepeachorchid.com within 3 days of the delivery date to begin the return process. 
- No returns will be accepted after the 3 day window has passed. 
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. 
- Items must be free of stains, deodorant, odors, perfume, makeup, or wear to receive store credit. 
- Bodysuits and accessories are not eligible for return. 
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E- Gift card. 
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered. 
- A restocking fee is deducted from your store credit for items shipped with a free shipping promotion. 
- All shipping fees are non refundable and we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. 
- We recommend that you return your items via a reputable shipper that provides a tracking number and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. 
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email info@thepeachorchid.com for assistance before returning. 
- The PeachOrchid reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: - · An irregular or excessive returns history - · An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items - · Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. 
Exchanges
